Delivery
Before we ship our products, each order is inspected and packaged by our team to make sure it arrives in perfect condition. Each item is gift-wrapped in a stylish, complimentary Majolie box and comes with a Majolie postcard. You can also add a Majolie gift-box to your order for an additional €1 (find this option on the ‘Cart’ page).
All our packages are sent with registered international Airmail. We ship orders within 24 hours (of a business day) upon receipt of payment. If you purchase a custom item (sterling silver rings), please allow a maximum 5 business days to process your order before attempting to contact us. You will receive a notification email with your parcel’s tracking number when your order has been dispatched. All orders will be sent to the shipping address provided at the checkout. *Following a change in delivery policies, Canada Post and Australia Post unfortunately does not update the tracking of international parcels anymore. We will ship your parcels in both countries via Fedex via their 3 to 7 days service at a charge of 19 euros flat rate.
