We work diligently to ensure that all of our products have accurate and detailed descriptions, with high quality images of the real product. 


We're sure you'll love your jewelry, but if there is something wrong and you'd like an exchange, please contact us. within 14 days of reciveing of your order. We will then provide you with a return address to which you can send your item back via tracked delivery. Our "Satisfied or refunded" guarantee only applies to jewelery that is still in its original condition at the time of return. Any item that shows ANY signs of wear - although returned - will not be refunded.

All products on sale or purchased via any other promotional offer are final purchases, and cannot be exchanged or refunded.

For hygienic reasons, earrings cannot be returned if they have already been worn.
